Safaga: The Incubator for Healing For years, I have been exploring how my body responds to the world around me — the air I breathe, the light I receive, the stress I carry, and the environments that either overwhelm or restore me. That exploration eventually led me to Safaga, on the Red Sea coast of Egypt, where I discovered something I had never experienced anywhere else: a place where my body felt aligned, grounded, and biologically supported. This is where my idea of the Safaga Environmental Healing & Sustainability Discovery Center began — not as a clinic, not as a retreat, but as an incubator.
